Nice to meet you. I'm excited to be applying for the Creative Resourcing Partner position at Netflix. As a qualified creative resourcer with three years of team building, management, and production experience, I have a fervent passion for the empowerment of creatives and the execution of their projects. Pushing myself as a creative director and project manager has been the most rewarding experience of my life, and I know that at Netflix, I'll have the opportunity to grow and expand my skills while creating quality content for your team.
During my time as a consultant and project manager, I recruited designers, photographers, animators, videographers, music producers, developers, and sponsors to form lasting teams and partnerships. I gained substantial knowledge of creative workflows, budgets and trends, and learned the ability to navigate the complex minds and energies of creators and artists. I oversaw the production and execution of a high volume of deliverables; product updates, design work, photo, and video content, and more.
My previous positions at Snapchat and Honey indoctrinated me in the working ways of high-visibility technology companies and the importance of maintaining the company’s intended public aesthetic and reputation. Additionally, I directed and edited exclusive content, managed employee onboarding, produced company events and wrote company wide internal communications. Throughout this experience I was trained in a variety of creative, communication and project management softwares. I quickly learned new skills necessary to each role, and built strong frameworks for project organization and management.
